Refund Policy
At TJSHOPPORTO , we guarantee the right to refund for our customers, always respecting the Consumer Protection Code . Below, you will find details about our refund policy.
Deadline for Refund Request
You can request a refund of the amount paid within 7 calendar days after receiving the product, as established by the Right of Withdrawal . To do so, the product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, with all accessories and in the original packaging.
Refund Conditions
In order for a refund to be processed, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original packaging and in perfect condition , with no signs of use.
- The return and refund request must be made within 7 calendar days after receiving the product.
- The customer must correctly follow the steps to return the product, as instructed by Customer Service .
Refund Process
Once we have received and inspected your returned product, your refund will be processed as follows:
- Credit Card Purchases: The refund will be requested from the card administrator. The amount may appear on the customer's statement in up to two subsequent statements , depending on the administrator's deadline.
- Purchases with Boleto Bancário or PIX: The refund will be made via bank deposit into the account indicated by the customer within 10 business days after confirmation of the return.
Defective Product
If a refund is requested due to a manufacturing defect in the product, the customer will be entitled to a full refund, provided that the defect is communicated to our Customer Service team within 7 calendar days of receipt.
Return Costs
The return of the product for a refund will be made at no additional cost to the customer. After the request is approved, the customer will receive a return tracking code , which must be used to send the product back.
Partially Processed Refunds
In exceptional cases, such as partial returns of products purchased together or promotional packages, the refund will be proportional to the value of the items returned.
