Exchange and Return Policy
At TJSHOPPORTO , our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with purchases made on our website. To this end, we have developed a clear exchange and return policy in accordance with Brazilian legislation .
Deadline for Exchange or Return
According to the Consumer Protection Code , you have up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product to request an exchange or return, without any additional cost.
Conditions for Exchange or Return
For the exchange or return to be accepted, it is important that:
- The product is in its original packaging .
- Does not show signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
- Keep track of all accessories and items that come with it.
- The request must be formalized within 7 calendar days after receipt.
How to Request an Exchange or Refund
To request an exchange or return, please contact our Customer Service (SAC) via the email or WhatsApp provided below. Our team will guide you on the next steps and provide you with a return tracking code so that the product can be sent back.
- Step 1: Contact Customer Service, providing the order number, full name and reason for the request.
- Step 2: After your request is approved, you will receive a postage code to send the product back, free of charge.
- Step 3: Once your product is received and inspected, we will contact you to confirm your exchange, return, or refund.
Free Resend
If the exchange is requested due to a manufacturing defect or error in the shipping of the product, TJSHOPPORTO will bear all shipping and reshipping costs. In cases of exchanges for another size, color or model, the return and reshipping costs are also free.
Reimbursement
If you choose to return the product, the refund will be processed as follows:
- Credit Card Purchases: The refund will be requested from the card administrator, and the amount may appear on up to two subsequent invoices.
- Purchases with Boleto Bancário or PIX: The refund will be made to your bank account within 10 business days after confirmation of the return.
Return Tracking
You will be able to track the status of your return and exchange using the return tracking code provided at the time of the request.
Defective Products
In case of a manufacturing defect, you can request an exchange within 7 calendar days after receiving the product. After this period, the product will be analyzed by our team and, if the defect is confirmed, we will exchange it or refund it free of charge.
